St Vincent de Paul Society Operates Two Ottawa Thrift Stores

St Vincent de Paul opened it’s first store in 1973 on Wellington St West and, though we have moved up and down the street a bit, we are still here. The local community has been fantastic in helping us help those in need. We have been resolute in trying to meet your expectations in quality and unique second hand offerings and being able to bring you the best Ottawa thrift stores. We have been rated by Yelp as the Best Thrift Stores in Ottawa. We cannot tell you how grateful we are in helping us hire more people, help families make ends meet, and feed & clothe the poor. Our thrift shops are known for the best in quality, variety and price in the Ottawa charity shop market.
Our Merivale Thrift Store has Student Discount Sales every Friday
Find great thrift shop deals at our thrift shop lcocated on Merivale Rd. We had the opportunity to be able to take up the location of the Goodwill thrift store when they had to close in early 2016. We are proud to continue the tradition of quality used clothing for the Nepean area.
Keep an eye on our famous Thrift Store Window Sales of our Wellington thrift store
Since 1973 our flagship store on Wellington St West has provided a variety of used clothing, used furniture, used books and other used goods that keep the crowds coming. We are proud that our Thrift Store Window has attracted wide media attention. Every time items go on sale from our thrift store window, there are line ups down the street to get at our displayed thrift store treasures.
